Rendering

I am using Canon XH-A1 HD 24f 1080f.

The files captured from the Canon are m2t Mpeg-2.

After editing, what is the best setting for rendering so as not to have any loss of quality?

3 formats.

First I want to save it back to HDV tape with the least conversion and compression, then to Blue-ray and then to DVD.
