Here is another thing I ran up against while messing with video capture and Vegas video features.

I accidentally captured some video at 30fps instead of 29.97fps while fooling with various capture software. When I imported this footage into the Vegas timeline it previewed just fine along with the regular 29.97fps footage.

However, when I render the project, all of the 30fps footage renders as black.

Why can I preview this footage in the project but not render it? Is Vegas not capable of down-sampling the 30fps footage to 29.97fps during render?
