Rendering as avi (DV) problem

Can someone help?
After i render the project as AVI (NTSC DV) template, i will see only 360X240 resolution at 100% when i play it in Media Player. If i check the properties in vegas, the rendered clip's info is 720X480.

I also tried render avi with no compression template, and i can see 720X480 at 100% in media player.

Apparently there is a bug in the way Media Player reads DV files that
makes it report them as half-sized. This was reported earlier in the
forum by one of the SF techs. Zoom media player to 200% and you will
see the playback full size and in full resolution.
