Rendering as DVD Architect PAL Widescreen

I'm using Vegas pro 19 build 636. My PC runs Windows 11 with i5-8400 CPU, 32 GB RAM and GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB. When rendering a video file for DVD I always use the Mainconcept MPEG-2 codec and the DVD Architect PAL widescreen video stream for the video and AC-3 Stereo DVD for the Audio. My video file is 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Rendering the video goes without problems. The audio AC-3 rendering however starts fast but after 30 minutes goes very, very slow and continuous like that till the end. However when importing both rendered files into DVD Architect and preview playing the video, the audio stops after 30 minutes whilst the video goes on. No audio anymore after 30 minutes. So AC-3 has stopped rendering the audio after 30 minutes. Why???. I always have worked with Vegas pro the same way to make DVD's and never had any problem with the MPEG file nor with the AC-3 file. I used Vegas Pro 13, 14 and 16 before. What has changed now in Vegas Pro 19? Does AC-3 not work anymore or is it limited in time? Please help.

Thanks in advance

Yvan

I don't know the answer but as a workaround you could export the audio as wav and get DVDA to recompress it to AC-3 Stereo when producing your disc or disc image.

Just made a test for you.

64min timeline rendered in 1min56sec. No problem.

Have you unintentionally just selected that 30min to render?

No problem here.
Look on your project timeline if you see something strange at the time the sound stops during rendering.

@yvde

Check the state of the Render loop region only switch under Render Options.
