Rendering for a DVD to play on TV and PC

Howdy,
I have a client that wants the DVD that I made for them to play on TV and a PC. The duplication company told them it would have to be authored that way; can I do this using V4 and DVDA?

Yeah ,as long as they have dvd drive & software on the pc, the ones just normally done in DVDA play in computers.

I think what they mean for "it to be authored that way" is they say it should have that stupid "actual DVD software" on the DVD. I hate that software. All pc DVD's come with DVD player software, so it's useless. Annyoing. Don't do it. I've used TMPGenc DVD author & Arcsoft Showbiz DVD and every DVD i've made with them works in a PC or DVD player.
