Rendering for a Panasonic Viera television?

Has anyone found rendering settings that would produce a file that a Panasonic Viera TV (specifically a TC-P46G15) can play from an SD card? The TV manual does mention that if you use a computer to modify the raw footage, it may not play. I've tried a few options, but no luck.

If anyone's found a magic combination of parameters that work, I'd love to know what they are. It sure would be nice to preview an HD project on the TV without having to burn a BluRay disc.

And, I'm using Vegas 9.0a, 64-bit version.

The two most likely would be DivX and mp4. Have you tried DivX?

I have a Panasonic Viera television. Mine will only recognize SD cards and not SDHC cards. Therefore the file size is limited to 2GB. I have only tried photos so far.

I don't know why, but sometimes in devices that don't recognize SDHC cards properly, you can make it work by only using filenames that don't have any spaces in them.
