Rendering for Pond5

So I'm trying to render out some random stuff I've shoot that may be decent stock footage from my Sony EX1 for Pond5, figured may as well throw it up there. Most of it is 1080p, some slo-mo is 720. Anyway, I don't work much with Quicktime which is what they want. I'm not finding a good setting for rendering. All the defaults look bad except for "uncompressed" which looks great but a clip thats only 00:00:17;21 long winds up being 3.28 gigs, well over their 1gig limit.

Here's their specs on submission:

Pond5 Video Requirements

So can anyone give me some specifics for QT rendering that would fit what their looking for?

They tell what codecs to use right on the site:

***
• DV (NTSC DV and PAL DV): for all clips that originate in the DV, MiniDV or DVCPro25 format. Quality level of 100%.

• PhotoJPEG: for non-DV progressive-scan clips, including HDV720p. Quality level of “high” (75%) or better (please do not go above 95%, in order to keep file sizes reasonable).

• MotionJPEG-B: for non-DV interlaced clips, including HDV1080i. Make sure that the field order matches the original material (most likely upper-field first for non-DV material). Quality level of “high” (75%) or better (please do not go above 95%, in order to keep file sizes reasonable).

• Animation or PNG: for clips with embedded alpha channels.
***

In your case they want photo-jpeg at 95% or less.
