Rendering help

This is the first time this has happened. I tried to render a 12 minute documentary. Got all the way to 95% stopped saud - an error occured while creating the media file. How do I go about trying to find out what the error is. Can't fix what I don't know. I don't know what I might have done to change something to make the error.

What error message details did you get? We can't explain what it is without seeing the details.

What format are you rendering to?

It did not give any details. "An error occured while creating the media file PookaDraft5.mov That's it, all it said. It goes to almost 97% then the error message that above comes up. I am trying to render 3 Mbps mov
