Rendering impossible - "The activation of AAC (MC) failed."

Hello folks.

I am a Vegas Pro (Ver. 17.0) user since long time on Windows 10. Suddenly few days ago, when I went to do 'render' it doesn't work and it gives me this message:
["The activation of AAC (MC) failed. If you are using the program as a guest, please repeat the activation procedure with administrator rights."]
I check and it IS activated with my serial number! Could anyone throw some light on what's wrong ?

It has to do with a Windows update.
For Vpro 18 the development made for the next update a solution, but Vegas 17 (probably your version following this

Thanks for you feedback j-v. Shouldn't they warn me if I want to upgrade to v18.0 ? It's only normal, isn't it? So now I continue paying monthly for v17.0, but how could I stop it and switch to v18.0 in that case ?

For complaining about the program you have to contact the owner and maker of the program
