rendering in HDV, can't aoid digital noise...

A problem I rarely have with vegas is happening consistently with my current project.

Three video tracks. The bottom track is the main video. The middle track is a graphic with the 3D Alpha enabled. The top track is text. In other words, the top two tracks are for "lower third", "caption" purposes.

and the noise keeps coming...causing the image to bounce up and down. Any suggestions, please, please, please....

You're going to have to be a bit more specific. What kind of noise are you talking about?

I'd wager the problem is only seen on a TV?

Graphic track and Text track:
- physical size 2X greater than project size? for HDV, that would be 2880x2160 for PAR 1.333 or 3840x2160 for PAR 1.0
- Colors: avoid 0,0,0; 255,255,255. Harsh colors will cause many, many problems. Use something away from each extreme, like 36,36,36 or 224,224,224
- Colors II: avoid pure contrasting colors like Black/white; Red/Green; Again, try not to have harsh contrasts.

Other people may comment on Reduce Interlace Flicker, though I usually don't have a problem with the above.

Use Best render quality always when using graphics/text tracks.

Edited: you may not want to have the graphics 2X bigger, but Text looks very sharp doing this.
