Rendering in mp4

I'm using Windows 10 for Sony Vegas Pro 14. When rendering completed video project in mp4, what template should I use to playback video and audio in data format for television broadcast.

If you're submitting to a Broadcast Network you need to ask them for acceptable formats and bit rates. If you're preparing video to play on your own TV, the Sony AVC/MVC - Internet templates are a decent place to start.
