I'm mixing 48k 16 bit files that have been transferred from
DA88 tapes thru a 2408 into Vegas Pro.
Will I get a better result rendering a mix in 48k 24 bit
for Wavelab mastering and further Waves- type processing
and then resampling and dithering later, or should I have
VP do the rendering fo 44.1k/24bit? I usually try and stay
in the highest resolution possible until the last stage,
but I'm not familiar with how VP will render the 48k files
into a stereo 44.1 file vs. staying in 48k. Thanks as
