I use MS Platinum. I have been have problems with the quality of the DVDs I burn. There is jittering of audio and video. I sent the Master to a professional duplication company called Discmakers.com
They tested the video and suggested some changes:

1) I am using PCM audio, and that I should convert the audio to compressed AC3 Dolby Digital, because sometimes uncompressed PCM audio can cause playback issues.
2) Keep the video bitrate to just below 7MBPS.

How do I make those changes using MS Platinum 6?
