Rendering Problem

I'm using Vegas Pro 17.0

The source video is AVC 1920x1080i, 25fps

I'm rendering to 720x576i, 25fps using "DVD Architect PAL Widescreen video stream" template.

I get a 'ripple effect' on the edges of anything in motion in the rendered video. Does anyone know how to fix this?

See the attached images for examples of the issue. The black 'thing' in the lower left of the first image is actually the head of a person running in front of the stage. Note the ripple on the arm of the girl on the left in the second image and the legs of both girls in the third image.

Be sure you don't have Deinterlace Method "None" selected in Project Properties. Any other Deinterlace Method should work fine, though I recommend to use "Interpolate Fields".
