Rendering projects with 44100 HZ sample rate?

Hi! I am making a video which is supposed to be uploaded at youtube. The files in my project are 44100 HZ sample rate but all the "internet" templates have 48000 HZ. Will this be a problem? I mean, will it sound any different cause the sample rate changes? Or, what other templates can i use for this? I am using Vegas Pro 20.0 Thanx in advance!

There will be no audible change if the audio is rendered to 48kHz, which is the standard audio sample rate for video.
The quality could be compromised though if the file's bit rate is rendered abnormally low, assuming it is AAC audio.

What would be abnormally low? I read on a site that 128 kbps or higher is recommended for mp4

Yes, avoid bit rates lower than 128 kbps. 256 or 320 kbs would be adequate for music projects IMO.
