Rendering Quality???

Completely new at using VMS 6.0 and DVD Architect. My question is... on the "New Project" window and "Video" tab, there is a drop down list for "Full-resolution rendering quality" that appears to default at the "Good" setting.

I will be capturing Hi8 video to my computer using a Canopus ADVC 110 Video Converter. Is there any benefit and/or reasons not to use the "Best" setting given my useage goal?

Thanks.
Curt

"Best" generally only helps if you are resizing while rendering. So, if you were working with large photos on the timeline or rendering to a small size web video, you'd notice some benefit. If you're not resizing then it doesn't help at all. The downside is that rendering will take much longer if you select best.
