Rendering Question

Hello: I have a large classical project that needs to be mixed and edited. I have 13 tracks of audio that need to be processed and rendered. Is it possible to render parts of the production into a seperate stereo file without overwriting everytime. I need to append to the stereo file for future editing on Sound Forge 6.0. I hope this makes sense. Thanks: Rich, EOP Recording Co.

Sorry Rich, I don't understand your question. Can you re-explain more clearly?

You can always render sections of the project into individual .wav files. Highlight that section as a loop selection then when rendering put a checkmark in "Render loop region only".

I don't think you can append to .wav files. However, i don't think you would need to since ou can paste individual files together in Sound Forge.

Just curious, but why do you need separate files if you're going to combine them back into one file anyway?

Thanks for your help. I worked it out so I will copy and paste the multi track takes I need into a secondary Vegas Project file. From there I can render the whole darn thing into one stereo mix for future editing and fine tuning.
Thanks again: Rich, EOP Recording Co.
