Rendering reduces video size creating frames around my videos

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. My video properties are 1920 x 1080 and my rendering settings are the same but when I render the video ends up with a frame in this case on the left & the right but sometimes all around. If you check this video out you can see what I am talking about and maybe you can give me some advice. I'd be very grateful.

@Flash-Gordon It appears your render settings are actually not the same. You seem to be using a 4:3 render instead of 16:9 and as a result you get the letterboxing you are experiencing.

Which render template are you using?

Right click & check your Pixel Aspect Ratio is 1.0000 (square).

Setting the Pixel Aspect Ratio to 1 did it. Thanks for the advice.
