Rendering to Vimeo

I have just started with Vegas Pro (Ver 13 Build 310). I wanted to upload a result to Vimeo so went to the Vimeo site where there was tab suggesting basing a Custome Template around Sony AVC, Blueray 1920x1080 24 p 10 mps. When I go to the custom Template the program will allow no entries to the System or Audio tabs. Does anyone else have this problem? Are there other methods? Seems like there would be a preset template for something as common as Vimeo

I have, but Vimeo had given specific instructions. I guess it makes sense to try them as well.

Start with an mp4 template, and set 'em yourself, then.

Download this template that I created to match your stated requirement from here.

In the Control Panel / Folder Options "show hidden files".

Place it in the following location:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Sony\Render Templates\avc-sony

It will appear as Internet 1920 x1080-23.97p when you render using the [b]Sony MVC/AVC (*.mp4, *.m2ts, *.avc) render template.

Learning to customize render templates would be real handy skill to develop.

well I tried to learn, but something is wrong with my set up because it will not allow changes on all tabs. Thanks for the sample though

sorry, I mis-spoke because I figured out it was the real template and not a sample. . Now trying to see if Vimeo will recognize rendered file. Thanks for the help
