Rendering video in low quality

G'day Everyone

Recently I've been rendering/making dvd's from videos I've created but whenever I had images or screen captures (recorded from "windows media encoder" at high quality) the quality is poor. The images and screen captures are low in quality that words and graphics are blurry and unreadable.

Anyone know why this might be happening and how to fix it?

Any help would be great,

Consider that DVDs are only 720x480 resolution. Shrinking images and full screen shots to this size is going to blur them, unless you zoom into smaller sections.
