Replace Media

Can I Replace Media with same medai but uncompressed?
I did alot of editing and then realized I was wprking with the compressed version of my video. I would like to now replace the project fottage with the uncompressed footage.

How will you accquire uncompressed? It could make a difference.

You might try moving the current files to another directory. When you open the project, Vegas will prompt you for the files... you can point Vegas at the directory where the uncompressed files are, if they have the same filename and TC, you're probably in good shape.

If the filenames are different, you may have to point Vegas at the files one-by-one.

In either case, it would be best if the timecode matches, if not you might have a lot of work ahead.
