I accidentally registered my VEGAS Pro 23 license with the wrong email address.
Current situation:
The product is registered under the wrong email address.
I already have another MAGIX account with the correct email address.
When I try to change the email, I get an error saying the email is already in use.
According to AI support, I was instructed that I cannot change the email address linked to my account and that I should contact MAGIX support. However, even after contacting MAGIX support, I only receive automated replies, and the issue remains unresolved.
What should I do?
