This is a general concern. It would not be as critical if I had only one issue. But understandably with the
growing pains with the new offering of the Vegas Movie Studio Suite 14 there are many issues.
Here is my concern: Your automated email response to a technical issue assigns a ticket number, but does not
describe the issue in the Subject line, and more importantly, does not include my original text describing
the problem. So when I have a series of issues (most of which have been quickly addressed, thank you),
it's very difficult for me to keep track of what issue each initial automated response is associated with.
