reset settings

I have computer problems and everything is not good I would like to reinstall or reset to factory settings.Ido not have disk I downloaded on line

Here's a link to Chienworks' reset instructions.

If you look on the drive where you installed VF, probably under Program Files, you'll find the directory Sonic Foundry Setup. In there is another directory, Video Factory 2.0, and that contains Setup.exe. Run that and it "should" repair a broken installation.
