Resolution - Boris Red 720x486 x Vegas 720x480

Hi there!
Since I've got Boris Red, I was trying to render some titles as SWF files to open them with Vegas (which turned out to be an excellent option - you can even create more and more titles since Boris uses spline animation or something like that).
My video project in Vegas is set at 720x480 and the default option for Boris is 720x486 (I just got to know this yesterday...lol). As soon as I found out this, I realized why I've had lots of problems with pan and crop as I tried to open in Vegas, the videos (images, not only titles) previously rendered in Boris with this resolution (720x486). Anyway, for the video images, I managed to fix everything tru pan and crop. Furthermore, I had no problems using Boris as a Vegas plug-in for transitions at this resolution.
Now for the SWF files, they seem to open and look almost OK (it seeems just a little blurred when previewed with DVDA2.0) even being previously rendered in Boris at 720x486. I've tried changing Boris resolution for 720x480 and the result was ... as far as I know....(I guess) the same...
What do you all think? Do I have to render everything once more in Boris, changing its default resolution from 720x486 to 720x480 or I can leave the whole stuff the way it is?
Thanks!
;)

Just a note:

I know that exporting from Red at 720x486 via my MainConcept DV codec gave me errors; stated that the codec doesn't support that resolution.

I changed the default size to 720x480 and have since had no problems.

I have exported the files as SWF and not AVI. The only problem exporting as AVI was to set pan and cro to fix some blurred areas on the screen, but it worked too (no problems with MC or even TMPGENC)! Here I'm just trying to export as SWF (title animation).
