Resolution of still captures

Is it possible to set the resolution for still captures? I see where you can indicate compressed (jpg) or uncompressed (bmp), but how can you set the resolution? For instance, to 720x480?

Right click on the preview window and click "Display at Project Size". From there, you can save the image as it appears in the window. It will save at whatever size your project is.

I had a similar question to this as well.. we are talking about the capture program, correct?
