RESOLVED Even after entering the serial number, I'm still stuck.

I had been using the Movie Studio 13 trial, and when it expired today, I chose to buy the full version. I got the email and have the serial code. However, when I enter it in the window, another windows pops up stating that the program needs to restart to install the upgrade. I press okay, and the first window, prompting for my serial number pops up again. I type the serial number in again, and this cycle continues in an infinite loop. I can't get into the program at all, and I'm not too happy considering I just spent $50 on it. Can anyone provide any insight on this? I'm using Windows 10 if that helps.

EDIT: Just saw the stickied thread on the top, and it worked perfectly. Issue resolved!
