Restriction in trial version of V18?

it has nothing to do with the minimal configuration. I have intel xeon 3.5ghz 4 cores. 16GB. gtx970. latest windows 10 upgrade. AI plugins will not open for me. If you move the OFX folder and always reset Vegas when opened, they only work once. Not at the next normal opening. I have already published a link in this thread. The team knows about it.

When I had the trial of Vegas Pro 18 installed, if I wanted to use the AI effects, I would need to delete the files in C:\Users\MySpace\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\18.0 every time before running Vegas Pro 18. You may not need to delete all files. Try deleting just svfx_plugin_cache.bin.

I didn't buy Vegas Pro 18 -- just to many problems on my computer. I'll have to stick with 17 for now.

Intel Core i7 10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz (to 4.65GHz), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8GBytes. Memory 32 GBytes DDR4. Also Intel UHD Graphics 630. Mainboard: Dell Inc. PCI-Express 3.0 (8.0 GT/s) Comet Lake. Bench CPU Multi Thread: 5500.5 per CPU-Z.

Vegas Pro 21.0 (Build 108) with Mocha Vegas

Windows 11 not pro

@Robert Johnston Yes .. deleting the svfx_plugin_cache.bin file indeed fixed the problem, but as soon as you restart Vegas Pro 18, the problem is back again !😤

@aboammar

I did say you have to delete it every time before running Vegas.

@Robert Johnston  I forgot to mention that even though the workaround fixed the problem, it only fixed part of the problem because I can not use the presets. See screenshot:

For the record AI bundle was already installed, and reinstalling did not help!
