If you created a mask in the Pan Crop window, you can select the ARROW on the left and then rotate the mask.

In the pan-crop pane, with Mask checked in the lower timeline header, under PATH at the top, just click on MODE and choose Negative.

You can also choose Opacity, Feather Type and Feather (%). You can also keyframe your mask over time as needed.

imaginACTION_films I was having trouble doing this too but then I saw what you said so when I wanted to try it out it was disabled I don't know if it happened to you but if it did and now you know how to fix that can you tell me? Thanks.

@Joyson-Vaz As @imaginACTION_films says there's options in the Path list on the left, but if you choose the arrow ▲(Normal Edit Tool), choose a point on your mask & double click it on-screen options will show below the mask.
