reverse plus slow motion

I need to reverse some footage, then slow it down. Since the velocity envelope has to be used to get the reverse, is this possible? Help.

Yes. You can set the velocity envelope to anything from +300% to -100%. So if you want half-speed reverse, set it to -50%. It's that simple.

Well, it is for video anyway. The audio track won't follow the video velocity envelope, so if you want to keep the sound in sync you'll have to do a lot of work with the audio track to accomplish it.
