This is so fundamental that I can't believe I'm asking the question . . but here goes anyway ..and there goes my repu!
Ok, ok ok .. I'ev masked a piece wanting that "closed" off area allowing the video I want to show through.
1 - Track I - Beziered Masked footage. It's a chunk in the bottom right corner . .about 1/3 of the screen .. its cuuuurvy .. ok?
2 - Piece I want to SHOW through the closed off Beziered area - ie this 1/3 - on track 2
3 - Track 2 is Child to Track I
4 - Result? I've got the reverse of what I want! I've got Track 1 showing - in the 1/3 - and Track 2 showing in the rest of the 2/3 off the video ... It's as if I want to Toggle that which is showing from Track 1 with that which is showing Track 2!
Apologies in displaying my fundamental ignorance on this one .. I'ev doen this countless times before .. how can I get this so wrong?
