I'm using a Ricoh MP 6200A, hooked through the printer
port, which I assume is same as the "Ricoh MP6200 Atapi" in
the Advanced Drive Selection list in CD Arch. V4.0f. Why
doesn't this autodetect?

When I select it, it doesn't seem to stick in the Drive
Selection list. It has two entries in the SCSI Host drop
down, but selecting them doesn't seem to help.

How can I get my Ricoh MP 6200A to work?

(I works just fine with the CD writing software that came
with it - which is still installed.)

I'm going to hack this some more, but I sure could use some
help.
