Select All Events to End is needed. The main reason is that events selected can also be deselected.

This option not available now unless you use the select tool.

I am not following you.

Ripple affects all events from what you move to the end.
You can also 'select all events to end' for a track by right-clicking the first event you want to move and choosing from the menu.

What is it you trying to accomplish?

I agree. That's the reason why I wrote the Select Events tool in Tsunami.
