rookie error

I have used VV for a while now and in the early days, I wasn't so organised as to record the bit rates I used for encoding ASF files.
Is there a way of finding out how I encoded these ASF files.

I need to find whether the ASF video files are single bit rate or multiple bit rates. Also if they are MBR, then what bit rates are encoded.

I would hate to have to re-encode these files. If any one knows how to find the bit rates used and whether the files are MBR or HTTP (single bit rate), they will save me many hours!!!

Thanks

This is just a guess, but have you checked in the project properties window? Sorry if I wasted your time, yet, this seems logical.

Have you tried the Windows Media Advanced Script Indexer? I'm not sure, but I think it might be able to tell you more info about your files. It's in the Windows Media 7.1 Resource Kit. Dowload it from microsoft.
