Vegas Pro supports 3D track motion, which lets you rotate on x, y, z axis or any combination thereof.

But, unlike your perfectly formed, rotating, fat li'l Penguins, you will NOT get any depth - nu-uh.

Chienworks is correct in what he says, but on the contrary you wont get that result.

Correct, my mistake. He DID say the "Logo". My response was to make sure that readers here were told that Vegas wouldn't do the spinning penguins. Simples.

Cheers

So the answer is yes change the track header to 3D and rotate the y axis.

Rotate Y = spin
Rotate x = tumble or head flip
Rotate z = cartwheel

Chill on the motion your audience my get offended at the abuse of fat li'l Penguins

3D rotation might not even be worth the effort. It looks like it could be easily duplicated by just flipping the image horizontally in pan/crop several times. Make sure your keyframes are set to "linear" so it doesn't speed up/down.

If you're using 3D Track motion you'll need a full screen logo, then move it BACK along the Z axis. Then you rotate (not orient) it when it's in the right position.

For the pan/crop you would have the logo the size you wan, turn off stretch to fill the frame & make the width alternate between positive and negative it's initial value.
