OK i figured it out thanks to you some relly good stuff there will have to spend some time listening to it.

It's only free if you use it for broadcast use (where royalties are collected from the broadcaster) or personal use (home movies, personal website). Otherwise, you need a license from Freeplay which is not free. I called them up regarding use in training and promotional CDs, and they told me the royalty would be $85 per music clip (no more than 2 min playtime) for 1000 distributed CDs. Read their Terms of Use.
