I have that same card. From memory, I think you have to have an output device (TV etc.) connecte before that tab appears.

Sorry in advance if this doesn't help. I'll try to remember to check tonight.

Jerry...I messed with my camcorder for a while yesterday trying to get the computer to see it via the s-video connection. I discovered this much...the computer only sees the monitor when both monitor and camera are connected (and after reboot). But it does see the camera when only the camera is connected (and after reboot). Problem is, with the tiny screen, it's impossible to do anything other than click on large desktop icons...Also, Erk, with both connected after reboot, I can't find any new tabs under display settings or system settings. Somewhere I read that XP offers an either/or tab when two monitors are connected, but can't find the reference or the tab.

Thanks for your assistance, but, yes, I had the monitor and cable attached before booting computer, but still got no device tab. Any other ideas? I e-mailed Gainward 4 days ago, but still no reply from them.
