I wonder what DVD quality is in their opinion. Since most Hollywood releases take around 5 to 8GB, 80 of them would be between 400 and 640GB. Seems like they're stretching the point a bit. Maybe they're using DivX and getting away with a much lower bitrate. But, does that let them claim "DVD quality"?

Theoreticaly it does. Divx, Xvid, and h.264 all have DVD quality usually at a size of around half of Mpeg2.

Even still, these would have to be about 1/4 to 1/5 the size of MPEG2.
