I utilized Satish's dynamic noise reduction (free) and John Meyer's script for converting wide screen HD to 4:3 standard def and the overlay to show me what would be cut off on both sides of the widescreen HD file. This allowed me to pan the file from 3 stationary files without losing any quality. John's script allowed me to convert all files that I did not manually crop and pan to 4:3. The footage had noise in the shot's and Satish's plugin got rid of it and the footage looks pretty good.
