Save a .jpg from video in the factory or capture?

How can I make and save a .jpg or .bmp from video using the
Sonic Capture or Factory? I want to be able to print a
still frame.

Fire up Video Capture version 2.0e and you'll see the
capture still button. Cue to the frame you need, push the
button- done.

Thanks, I had version B with no such button. Now I've
installed version E and all is well.
