If you mean can you open up an effects window, set it a particular way and give it a custom name you will recognize, the answer is yes. When you click the little icon near the end of the clip and open up your fx window you can type in a custom name in the box on the upper left - then click the save icon. If you have a group of effects in a chain ( I guess this is what you may mean) i.e. a series of effects, custom or otherwise that you may want to apply in the same way repeatedly - the answer is simple I think - just save that project with the effects set the way you want them. Then you either open up another instance of the program, apply the effects and substitute the new material - or just open up the project ( save as new name projects) then import the new stuff

Thanks. I was looking for an answer to your second suggestion. I've got multiple clips with a series of effects and was trying to figure out how to apply all of them quickly across the clips, but not the whole track. Thanks.
