Go to your registry and find this location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sony Creative Software\VEGAS Pro\18.0\Metrics\Application

Right click on "Application" and select "Export", give it a name and save it..... That is your saved Customized Toolbar.

@Steve_Rhoden Thank you soooo much man. Should I do that after I customize the toolbars again? And when Vegas delete my customization, how to restore them using that registry file?

Do it after you customize the toolbar and restart Vegas.

Then whenever you want to restore your custom toolbar in the future, simply click on that registry file and when prompted, select yes.
