Saving Error

I have been using this product for quite some time now (almost a year) and so far i havnt had any problems saving or rendering my movies. The problem i have recently run into is that when I attemp to save my video to my harddrive it gives me this error: "Error 0xc00d0bc3 (message missing)" it seems to only do it when its at 28 kbps
if anyone has come across this error before and knows how to fix it please help me.

Yes, I can reproduce. This is a bug on VMS. I think that 28.8kbps is just too low so the encoder cr*ps out.

Please file a bug report using the vegas online form, and make sure you are detailed in the way you describe the bug, and tell them that this is the 28.8kbps template for WMV.
