saving images from video

I found where you can save the frame as an image - it allows for jpg and png... my question is, when saving jpg, it seems it applied compression and the image is not as clear as the frame.

Is there a way to adjust compression when saving frames as an image?

in the preview window make sure show at project size is selected

that controls the size of the image... Im looking for where the setting are in regards to the jpeg compression. It seems the image is compressed a little.. the image shows compression artifacts (i think).

Anyone else seeing images less in quality vs the video frame?

You might want to try saving as PNG instead of JPEG. This format is just about completely lossless. The files will probably 3 to 5 times larger though.
