Saving Movie Question

What setting do you use if you want it to be HD quality for the TV. ie. to be able to burn to a DVD?

The most compatible format is AVCHD on DVD, but VMS doesn't support this. It can burn a Blu-ray structure onto DVD and some players are able to play these. It's worth a try.
