Hi,

You can add a folder you want like 'BACKUP' on the root directory where you ask DVDA to prepare your authoring output. DVD players only look for AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS for playing the DVD. They do not take care of any additionnal contents.

The only bad side is that DVDA will refuse to burn the DVD if anything else than the folders AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS is found. You will need to first prepare with DVDA into the forlder of your choice (like we all do) then add the backup still folder with Windows Explorer and burn with Nero for example.

Something I do. Use vegas to make a mpeg2 slide show or photo montage. I then add the original movie and add the other mpeg2 photo montage as Bonus material with it's own seperate link / button from the main menu. Works very nice.

can you give me a step by step on how to do this. i know how to make a slideshow
