...downloaded and bought Screenblast Acid and Screenblast Forge Deluxe....after installation, couldn't find any settings at all for avi anywhere in Vegas or Forge and only some in Acid....had to do a system restore and re-download the apps and re-install ...all is fine now......may help those posters with sudden AVI codec problems...
