Screenblast VF versus Sonic Foundry VF

Are there any differences between the version of Sonic Factory that you find on the Sony Screenblast site and the Sonic Foundry one?

I tried to download the demo on the Screenblast page a couple of time without any luck, has anyone else had any success?

If it is slightly better, how would you go with upgrades and plug-ins?

I have tried the Screenblast Video Factory demo. Screenblast VF is essentially VF 1 with a few updated file format plugins (Windows Media 8 compatability, OGG, etc) and a spiffy chroma key plugin. Basically, Screenblast VF is Video Factory 1.5.

Sonic Foundry's VF2 IS better although it would nice to have a chroma key plugin.
