Script for this?

Is there already out there or could one be written to change the properties of all clips in a certian media bin to make the alpha channel either straight or premultiplied instead of none?

Excalibur does this. You'd first have to put the selected bin events on the timeline, and then click on the Properties tab in Excalibur to apply the video properties you want.

The changes are reflected in the bin assets of course.

Yes, Excalibur can do this for all selected events on the timeline. Here is a script that will set only that one setting (you can pick which mode by uncommenting the appropriate line) to all media in the media pool.

Ohh crap I didnt notice it in Excalibur, I glanced right over it in th properties tab. Thanks Guys, and thanks Edward Ill save the stand alone script as well. But the Excal one will work just fine for what I need. ie with Digital Juice trans etc..
