You'll find the Sony Vegas Script SDK at http://download.sonycreativesoftware.com/dev/ It includes the Vegas Pro Scripting API Summary. Note that the namespace has changed from Sony.Vegas to ScriptPortal.Vegas from MAGIX' VEGAS Pro 13.0 Build 453 onwards.

I just checked there to see what was exposed to interact with the Multi-Cam features and it looks like (a) the API hasn't been updated since Vegas 10 and (b) there's nothing to access or manipulate the Multi-Cam functionality.  Anyplace else to look?
